Simon Chau from Hong Kong, age 64, tells about his fortune after spending 9 months of his life on living food (nothing heated about 41 degrees Celsius, and nothing dead). After an unusually severe and long winter and weeks of discomfort during the detox process, his life was since totally transformed: feeling light, happy, clean, young and energetic as never before.
